Class arcs are designed to keep you progressing. Class sizes are kept small to allow for individual attention. Teachers are trained to be able to keep the class moving and to spot and address individual needs for modifications and progressions as needed. Clear, relatable instruction and explanations are key to accurate alignment and execution; Key to the AT Mission.

Each class progresses through key aspects

  • BreathWork: for focus, power, alignment and control

  • Wiggle Room: (4 corners/ 6 directions) release the outer shell of daily and deep muscle tightness (Hips/ Spine/ Shoulders)

  • FootWork: articulate the feet for effective force transfer

  • Deep Core Activation: structural stability and center of gravity awareness

  • Lynch-Pin Complex: Rotation and Relative Motion of sacrum-hips-low back

  • Rotation/ Global Core: Core Rotation as source and amplifier of power

  • Shoulders: Integrate shoulders into the dynamic system.

  • Transitions: Introduce movement with breath as source and fuel
