Your body is an instrument, true, but we get obsessed with the pieces and forget that our body is crafted for a purpose!

Breath, Stability, Mobility, Efficiency.

In that Order!

If any of those are in jeopardy, the others sacrifice to cover the gap.

We give up mobility just to stay standing, we give up efficiency just to keep moving.

The final sacrifice is behavior.

We give up the things we love in order to avoid the pain that inevitably comes from poor movement.

The definition of freedom is choice and agency. When your body denies you choices in life it can feel like a prison. Restore capacity, willingness and control in your body and you restore your choices.

The AT Mission, above all else, is to

give you your body back.
